1) Design of house: The houses are designed for using in all season and utilized the space area in each room. We have the architect team who has the experience in designing more than 20 years. The design is based on modular and prefabricated concept; therefore, it is easy for customizing, adjusting, expanding the house to support the needs of individual customers. Normally, the customers always adjust our design in each house. We are not fixed for the standard house only, but we are considered for the customer’s satisfaction. Therefore, we can discuss for the design and specification of the houses.
2) The quality of house: The houses are made by prefabricated system. All components and parts are made in the factory with the precise machine. Moreover, the factory can provide better environment to produce the house rather than to build the house at construction site. This better environment can create the better product’s quantity, quality and also saving time for producing.
3) Lead time: The houses is required the time to produce in the factory not more 1 months for each standard size which is depended on the size and design of house. For the installation time, the house needs the time to install in the construction around 30 days. Therefore, the total lead time should be not more than 2 months. This short lead time of making house can be decreased the time consuming of customer to take care of house during construction which leads to decrease the expenses, stress and other problems.
4) Elimination problems from normal contactor: The quality of house made in the construction site only by contractor is very hard to control because it is depend on the skills and abilities of individual workers of each contractor. Moreover, the budget of house is also hard to control by normal contractor which always need to charge the customers more when there is some changing and adjusting of house. On the other hand, the prefabricated house’s quality is based on the designing of components and part system rather than human’s skills to work at construction site.
5) Energy saving: The houses are included insulation materials in ceiling, roof and all wall panels which can reduce the cost of using electricity such as air conditioner. In addition, our prefabricated house has the standard of energy saving higher around three times than standard rate of energy saving house created by ministry of energy in Thailand.
6) Easy to expand the house in the future: The design of house is based on modular system. Therefore; it is very easy to expand the house for supporting the demand in the future. For example, the standard room module is around 4 x 4 M., 4 x 6 M., 4 x 8 M. , 3 x 3 M. and etc. which can connect together.
7) After sales service: We can provide this maintenance service for your house after sales. For example, we can repaint the color of house in every 2 years.
8) Warranties: Many materials in the house have the warranties such as wood, shingle roof, laminated floor, and etc.
9) Relocation of house: The house can be relocate or move to another place because it is produced by prefabricated system. However, there is the cost of moving to the new place around 30% of house price. (10% for new foundation, and another 20% cost of moving and produce new component to replace the damaged component occurred from moving house)
10) Environment: The houses are made by real wood in age 80-120 years which come from forest planted Scandinavian countries for wood industries. (Normally, woods come from Sweden). We do not cut the wood in our preservation forest area.
