Scandinavian Red Pine VS Teak

The annual ring of wood can show the density of wood. The wood having wide annual ring is generally lower dense than the thin annual ring wood.

Teak wood from preservative forest in Thailand have the wide annual ring because it grow up very fast. Therefore, the density of wood is not high. It is different from the teak wood from the forest in the past which grow up slowly and have high density, but it is not avaliable for trading in the present.

On the other hand, Scandinavian red pine from preservative forest having the very thin annual ring or high density.
