Natura DuraWood when being used in the proper application in a residential or commercial structure, the lumber will remain undamaged from termites or fungal decay (rot), for a period of 20 years.

Any correctly treated and installed according to specification above ground (CA-AG) or
ground contact (CA-GC) wood products that become structurally or functionally unserviceable due to fungal decay or termite insect attack (as relevant for the product)within the specified guarantee period, will be replaced subject to the terms detailed in this form. The original owner will be entitled to receive new Natura DuraWood in exchange for the structurally unfit item, not exceeding the number of items as shown on the original purchase invoice and for a period not to exceed 20 years from date of purchase. Baan Natura shall not be responsible for the natural characteristic of some wood checking, warp or twist or for any installation or reinstallation costs, or any incidental or consequential damages, or for damages resulting from any other than termite or decay. Baan Natura shall not be responsible for damage to lumber used in foundation systems (such as permanent wood foundation or piling, pole or heavy timber type residential construction) or used in swimming pool sidewalls. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the hazard of the proposed application is correctly evaluated and that the timber with correct preservative retention is used.
