Based in OSB technology and using MDI binders resistant to the outer together with additives (Zinc borate) that act as treatment to avoid the appearance of fungal decay and termites attack and fire retarding.

It is produced a substratum covered by an overlaid surface, that gives resistance against climatic conditions and that gives natural looking Cedar grain texture which can be painted easily. External linings or LP SmartSide are a contribution to the constructive C.E.A. (Non Seismic Energy thermic Building), which represents 90% of building in developed countries as United States and Canada.

The C.E.A. system consists in frame works of wooden or metal beams and studs structured with OSB as in roofs, walls and floors. These panels have an adequate insulation and inner or outer lining with chosen finishing.

C.E.A. permits major economy, durability and architectural diversity. This is expressed having more amplitude in squared and cubic meters habitable, major possibilities of industrialization and personalizing, less cost in building site, heating and maintenance.
